Bathroom Design and Specification
This course teaches both the principle of Bathroom Design and the Practical work.
Duration 3 weeks.
The student will learn the basic of design:
- Planning your project
- How to avoid the most common mistakes in bathroom design
- Why use an architect or an interior designer for your design
- What is the style you prefer
- The ergonomic of the sanitaryware
- Colour theory and how to create your own colour board
- Learn about Universal Design for bathrooms
- Learn how to properly light your bathroom
- Tiles pattern and design
- Material specification
- How to select the right fixtures, fittings, and finishes for your dream bathroom
- Latest trends
The second part of the lesson is focused on developing a new scheme for your bathroom.
In doing that you will build your own journal full of inspirational ideas.
Study notes will be provided for the course.
A certificate of participation and an assessment of the skills acquired will be issued.
